I know cognitive dissonance is a powerful thing, but truly, how do you make it through the lyrics of something like Pink Pony Club in front of THAT crowd and not begin to question all your life choices? Like I realize if you’re willingly performing at a Trump event you probably don’t have the best relationship with reading comprehension but, even if all you know about Chappell Roan is she’s a popstar who wears flamboyant outfits, eventually you’d have to put two and two together right? The paycheck can not have been that good.
