Not with a bang but a whimper
The wording is a little confusing.
His lawsuit against her was dismissed a while ago. He was given a chance to amend the complaint and refile, with today as the deadline. He didn’t refile, so his suit against her is dead. Her suit against him is ongoing.
Good. Hopefully all of this ends soon. Entirely.
I know in the grand scheme of civil (or, let’s be real, even criminal these days) court cases, this one didn’t go on for *that* long.
But for some reason, it felt like it went on forever? Like Jarndyce & Jarndyce in fishnets and pajamas.

Remember how his team was so certain that they had so much evidence that you’d be shocked, but then they never shared the evidence? But people still insist there’s so much evidence against Blame Lively.
