as a mom, especially when I was a new firsttime mom, my community and having a mom community was so vital. Even just like meeting moms from the park or a mommy and me class or eventually meeting, you know, other parents in my in my son’s school, having a community is so so important and just being able to like check in with other women like is this normal? is it it and so her being like stripped of that it was really easy for me to see follow that kind of path of isolation and how how much that would affect my mental well-being. It doesn’t really affect so much how I go into the material. I guess I had more information than I would have if I wasn’t a mom cuz I have like the perspective from the child which like I just wouldn’t have had before if I wasn’t like thinking about another person’s nervous system all day every day like I just wouldn’t be aware. Um but as far as the work I mean everything like not not just like when I’m shooting a movie but like when and the day I read a script like it just changes everything. I think what you’re doing is extraordinary and it’s it’s otherworldly and um you deserve support and you’re not alone. [Music]
