Edit: I was rewatching this, and I think she’s both really brave for standing up for herself and really controlled for doing it so professionally. She’s so controlled and well spoken despite how clearly upset she is (and she doesn’t have to be controlled, I would cheer her on just as much if she tore that asshole a new one).
Its unclear what happens now, Nawat told the girls while they were walking out that if they wanted to remain in the competition they needed to sit back down, so im not sure what this means for Miss Mexico, Miss Iraq and the other ladies who walked out.
