He admitted his remarks may have felt illtimed or unclear, but stressed that the alleged killer does not represent any political movement, calling him a sick person. The late night host referenced the moment at Kirk’s memorial when Erica Kirk publicly forgave her husband’s alleged killer, calling it a profound act of grace that deeply moved him. That young man, I forgive him. But the controversy didn’t end there. Just before the broadcast, President Trump blasted ABC for reinstating Kimmel, fuming that the comedian was not funny and accusing the network of risking its reputation. I can’t believe ABC fake news gave Jimmy Kimmel his job back. The White House was told by ABC that his show was cancelled. Something happened between then and now because his audience is gone and his talent was never there. Why would they want someone back who does so poorly, who’s not funny, and who puts the network in jeopardy by playing 99% positive Democrat garbage? He is yet another arm of the DNC. And to the best of my knowledge, that would be a major illegal campaign contribution. I think we’re going to test ABC out on this. Let’s see how we do. Last time I went after them, they gave me $16 million. This one sounds even more lucrative. A true bunch of losers. let Jimmy Kimmel rot in his bad ratings. Kimmel used his 28minute opening monologue to take more jabs at Trump and FCC chairman Brendan Carr while only jokingly referencing Disney, which had suspended his show for nearly a week. Brendan Carr is the most embarrassing car Republicans have embraced since this one. And that’s saying something. However, not all ABC stations aired his return. Sinclair and NextStar, two of the biggest affiliate owners, announced they would replace Jimmy Kimmel Live with local news programming instead. With boycots, backlash, and mounting pressure on Disney, the late night hosts comeback has left viewers and the industry to debate over whether his remarks crossed the line or if his suspension went too far.
