Denise Richards granted permanent restraining order against ex Aaron Phypers after abuse claims

Uh the judge, like every judge, has got to do his best to listen to all the evidence and weigh it and figure out what he thinks. Okay, we’re surprised that he thought what he thought, but I’ll stand by what I said earlier. He’s a great judge and a very intelligent man. Um, we feel that the ruling is uh not accurate, but again, he’s got to do the best he can with the witnesses that are in front of us. So, that’s where we’re at and fairly simple. Denise Richards has been granted a permanent restraining order from her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, amid their contentious divorce.

After an emotional day in court, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has ordered Phypers to stay at least 100 yards away from Richards and her place of work until Nov. 7, 2030. Per the judge, he has also been barred from contacting her in any manner, per Us Weekly.
