Tori Spelling Requests Spousal Support From Dean McDermott in Divorce | E! News
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott settle their divorce after 18 years of marriage. Two years after first separating, Tori is now requesting contributions of child support and spousal support from her ex. In a petition filed by Tori’s attorney and obtained by E! news on November 3rd with their divorce listed as uncontested. The Beverly Hills 90210 alum checked boxes that requested both spousal support and child support should be ordered following the approval of the couple’s mutual disillusion. While Dean’s stance on Tori’s latest financial requests were not specified, it comes after McDermott laid out his family’s financial situation back in September. When in a separate legal filing obtained by E-News, Dean noted that Tori makes anywhere from $3,000 to $75,000 per month depending on the job. While his monthly earnings are around $3,800 a month as an alcohol and drug counselor at a rehab center. Despite their public split, the pair, who share five kids together, have been maintaining a friendly co-parenting relationship. As Dean put it to Page Six in March, “I’m blessed having everybody get along and come together for the greater good of the kids,” adding, “It’s a beautiful thing. [Music]
