Kelly Clarkson Reacts To Lacey Chabert Hallmark Christmas Ornament

[Applause] How is your daughter? How’s How’s she doing? She is nine years old now in the third grade. I have a nine-year-old as well. I knew we had kids the same age. Yes. It’s the best. It’s such a beautiful age. It really is. She’s so curious. She’s so funny. She’s so feisty. You’re still a little cool to them. Like, it’s not like Yeah. You’re not like It’s not passed yet. Yes. Yeah. She can be super critical, don’t get me wrong, but she’s the love of my life. Hi, Julia. A Well, it’s almost Thanksgiving. Do you jump right to Christmas with decorating? I feel like you you have to because you’re I feel like the expectations are the pressure’s gone. Yes. I And you do so much. You put so much out there. It’s like let’s enjoy it for a minute. Thank you so much. Yes. I love it. Like I want the season to last as long as possible. So the day after Halloween, those decorations are out and I’m ready. And it’s so much fun. And every year my collection of decorations keeps growing. So I’m like kind of trying to intercept packages from my husband seeing that yet I bought another Christmas tree. Yeah. And he’s like, “Really?” Yeah. I think my kids thought that like Amazon was like a member of our family for a while. They’re like, “That’s totally obvious. That truck, they’re related to us, right?” Of course, they’re here every day. Yeah. Um, we saw we saw Hallmark made you into an ornament. Did you know that was happening? They told me that this is definitely going on my tree. They told me this was happening. You have made it. That is You’re an ornament. I am so honored to be a part of the keepsake collection truly. But I do have a line of decorations and you know party supplies and gift bags and gift wrap and cards coming out with Hallmark. It’s online and in the Hallmark Gold Crown stores. Um this is separate from that line. They did this for me and I so appreciate it. It feels like an honor. You know, you have the I know but you have that thing that I do and you’re just like but I didn’t but I didn’t. It was I wasn’t like let’s put me as an ornament out there because you feel weird. Yeah. I’m not like hi buy my ornament. I made it myself. It’s me. Let me grab you know there’s a distinction. But again, I love celebrating so much and now with this line, I feel like I have a chance to be a part of other people’s celebrations which is super fun. Oh man, it’s such a good time. It could be just like the worst day ever. But you come home and the twinkly lights and like just it makes you feel good. Isn’t that it? It’s just like the whole ambiance that it creates. It brings back for me my best childhood memories and I just relish the fact that I have the chance and the blessing of creating some of those with my daughter now. It’s so special. Yeah, I love it too cuz I we didn’t have any money growing up, but we always did have like I mean you can buy at Walmart like you know what I’m saying? You can buy like you know twinkle lights and you can make something. You can make your ornaments. You can do stuff like that and it’s like everybody can be a part of it. You know, you didn’t feel left out. Yes. You know what? We were same way. Didn’t have a lot of money growing up. And Christmas was magical for us. Like it gives me chills to talk about it. Like that’s why I love making these movies. And now as a mom I look back and I go, “Thanks, Mom. You made that magic.” A that’s so beautiful. Yeah. Well, the new movie is She’s Making the List. Yes. So, what’s it about? It’s so much fun. So, I play an auditor for Santa’s naughty or nice list. Yes. So, I’m watching and um she gets assigned to a case of a young girl who might be misunderstood and there’s a beautiful heartfelt story in this. The girl has recently lost her mom and her dad is played by Andrew Walker. He’s wonderful. It’s our second movie together. Yeah. And this movie is so fun to me because it’s whimsical. It’s fun. We meet Santa. We go to the North Pole. You know, messaging, too. It’s not sometimes it’s not bad or good. It’s like what’s going on. Yes. That’s, you know, implementing your emotional state and what’s going on. Yeah, you’re absolutely right. And my character learns to make that distinction and it has a beautiful message. Yeah, I think that’s a really great message. Um, so you also have another show though that it honors everyday heroes. I want you to talk a little about that. Thank you so much. This really will make you feel good. If you need something to escape and just watch something that’s going to lift you, make you feel uplifted, this is the show. It’s we celebrate everyday heroes, people that are just doing incredible things in their communities and blessing. so many people and we get to give them a moment in the spotlight and throw a party for them. La party stylist and Ia Marissa, we throw these big celebrations and the people that we highlight just deserve, you know, a round of applause. They are just doing incredible things heroes and they’re making the world a better place. Yeah. Yeah. That’s the thing I love about this show. We cover so many stories and you meet like these people that everybody doesn’t know, but they’re really like the true superheroes in life and they’re leaving such amazing footprints behind. It’s so nice to hear those stories. Yeah. It makes you feel good. really does. So, both uh seasons of that show are streaming on Hallmark Plus now. That’s awesome. Well, you’re crushing it. I can’t wait for the movie. Let’s take a break.
