Golden Bachelor’s Gerry Turner, Theresa Nist Both Attend Season 2 Finale Amid Book Drama

Gary Turner and Terresa Nist are reuniting for the first time since their very public post divorce feud. The two first met on the Golden Bachelor, getting married in a televised wedding in January of 2024 before announcing their split 3 months later, but the two have had several public feuds with Gary claiming in his book Golden Years. He felt trapped before his wedding and questioning Teresa’s intentions for going on the show. Teresa responds to specific allegations on the Dear Shanty podcast saying that I remember exactly. He never said those words. That never happened. He made that up. I don’t know to make does he have a bad memory? He should have called me. Um or did he just wanted to make it more dramatic? And in a message to Gary, she says, “You did me no favors by marrying a woman that you did not want to marry. You should not. You should have called off the wedding. You’ve written a book that recounts stories about us where none not one of the stories that I have read is the way it happened and some of it is conjured up in your mind.
