The skinny on Amy Schumer’s weight loss amid Chris Fischer divorce rumors | Yap Session

Amy Schumer uh had recently deleted all of her photos on Instagram after she posted this like sexy photo of her in this red Valentino dress. Um looking amazing and the people are like, “Why did you delete all of your photos?” But I’m with her like, “Girl, get rid of your past.” Like this is a new future for her. She’s on Mangaro. She lost 30 lbs. She looks great. Yeah. And she’s also It’s been a long journey for her on these weight loss medications because Yeah. The first couple rounds she she was um nauseated by them. Yeah. And she talked to Howard Stern about it and said, “I maybe it’s not for me.” You know, she’s throwing up a ton. She went through a lot. Yeah. Yeah. So, I know she did speak out because obviously a lot of media outlets were like, “Why would you delete them?” People were calling her out. She did do a follow-up post saying like, “To all the media outlets out there, I love my body. I love the way I looked since before. I didn’t delete my Instagram pictures because I want to erase my past.” I mean, she’s always been known to be a big advocate for body positivity, and she wants to make that clear, and she still wants to be that person for people. Yeah. And if she was deleting them from her Instagram, I mean, they’re on the internet, so it’s not like that was ever going to change. Oh my god. Yeah. She’s googable. Absolutely. Nothing has ever fully gone for Amy Schumer. Yeah. Listen, those new photos, it was kind of giving influencer a little bit, though. Like, she was looking really good. Yeah. And she still was making us laugh with the captions and stuff. So, I was like, I she’s still a funny girl, but she’s just a little more snatch. Nothing wrong with that. Oh my god. Yeah. She looked gorgeous before, she looks gorgeous now. Absolutely. There’s nothing wrong with it. And she’s always been so, you know, open about her health journey, you know, like she’ll get on Instagram, no makeup, in her car, and talk about how she’s taking hormones now. She’s like, I didn’t even realize I was par menopausal, took some hormones. She’s like, my sex drive is up. My my skin cleared up. Like, I’m feeling more energy. I mean, she’s talking about these issues, you know, at age 40 something that like a lot of women aren’t talking about online because they want everything to be picture perfect. So, she first of all, she didn’t delete these photos. She probably archived them. Yeah, they’re there. Oh, yeah. They’re there. Well, no, they could come back. She can always bring them back. You know, I delete I archive photos. Bring them back all the time. Means nothing. I mean, it must be weird though if you go through, you know, a a big drastic body transformation to then like open up your phone and see what you look like two years ago and it must be a little jarring. You’re like, wait, that’s not what I, you know, it’s not who I see in the mirror. And honestly, like body dysmorphia is a big thing. So, you know, like even seeing some of those old pictures could like bring back feelings or thoughts of like, oh my god, like am I smaller? Like do I need to get smaller? Do I need to lose more weight? Like that’s a real thing. And she talks about how having children, you know, made it even more difficult for her to, you know, snap back, as they say. She said that, you know, I think she had a uh a C-section and there was a complications. And so I think, um, you know, she’s just been open about it and and she’s being open about this next step, too, which is great. Yeah. Yeah. We love Amy. We love Amy. We love her transparency. That’s her whole brand. She’s not going to let that go. And can I just say, I loved two shows ago. She has a lot of TV shows and movies and you know you can watch anything with Amy Sh, but I loved Life and Beth. It’s about um how she met her character meets this kind of awkward farmer husband. Yeah. And it’s sort of based on her real life husband who’s a celebrity chef, but he’s on the autism spectrum and the show explores this like kind of romance romcom thing between like someone who is, you know, very much not autistic, Amy Schumer character, she’s sarcastic, she’s, you know, hilarious. and then this guy who is so literal, not ironic at all. And it is this great like love story and I highly recommend it’s on Hulu. I loved it. I’m a fan. So yeah, you know, at any size, at any age it’s her brain that makes her what we love about her. It’s it’s it’s her sense of humor. It’s her jokes. It’s her writing. Yeah. Yeah. That was very well played. That was Amy sees this.
