Chase Stokes Alludes to Being “Blocked” Amid Kelsea Ballerini Breakup | E! News

Chase Stokes alludes to being blocked by Kelsey Ballerini after their breakup. Despite speculation that the Outer Bank star and country singer had reconciled following their September breakup, Chase has shared social media messages implying that their relationship, romantic or otherwise, might be done for good. He wrote on his Instagram story November 20th, “Don’t believe the media. I’m blocked. I did nothing wrong.” Alongside a red heart, he added, “Sorry, I tried.” In a subsequent slide, Chase seemed to address his and Kelsey’s fans, writing, “I’m sorry for those who believed in us. It is what it is.” As a parting reminder, he ended the post with, “Onwards and upwards.” E-News has reached out to reps for Kelsey and Chase for comment, but has not yet heard back. The 33-year-old’s cryptic message comes two months after Kelsey’s rep confirmed to E-News that she and Chase had called it quits, only for the two to spark reconciliation rumors when Kelsey visited Chase on set in Dubnik, Croatia for Outer Banks final season on November 7th. Within days, the pair added fuel to the fire when a video of them dancing in the streets of the European city went viral. However, with Chase’s recent messages, it seems that journey back to love may be no more.
