Meghan Trainor Shares Health Scare That Led to 60-Pound Weight Loss Journey | E! News

Megan Trainer gets candid about a health scare while teasing her upcoming album Toy with Me in a November 17th interview with 102.7 KissFm. The singer sheds light on the health issues that led her to embark on a 60 lb weight loss journey. It started with when I was pregnant, I had gestational diabetes and I was like, “Oh, I I got to learn about health and fitness and if I want to tour forever, I got to be at my strongest. if I want to lift up my kids from their crib and not pull up my back. Like since then, the 31-year-old who shares sons Riley and Barry with husband Daryl Sabara admits that she is quote obsessed with monitoring her hormone levels and gut health. She explains, “Cuz I just want to feel good cuz this job is hard to do if you don’t feel good.” And Megan has not been on this journey alone. Back in April, the All About That Bass singer revealed on her couple’s podcast, Working on It, that she and the Spy Kids alum used Mangaro to manage their weight loss, noting, “Darl and I both do everything together, and we stay in the gym. We work out, we eat right, and we just noticed that we were less hungry.” She adds, “I feel amazing. Like, this thing is incredible, and I have no shame being on it and talking about it. [Music]
