Emma Willis Shares Holiday Plans Amid Bruce Willis’ Dementia Battle | E! News
Bruce Willis is being surrounded with love this holiday season. The 70-year-old was diagnosed with fronttotemporal dementia in February of 2023 and speaking with people November 27th. His wife Emma Heming Willis is sharing how holiday celebrations will look this year with this diagnosis. She says, “You have to learn and adapt and make new memories. Bring in the same traditions that you had before. Life goes on. It just goes on. Dementia is hard, but there is still joy in it. I think it’s important that we don’t paint such a negative picture around dementia. We are still laughing. There’s still joy. It just looks different. The model adds, “Bruce loved Christmas, saying it just looks different, so we’ve adapted to that.” Emma and Bruce have been married since 2009, sharing daughters Mabel Ray Willis and Evelyn Pen Willis. Bruce is also dad to three adult daughters, Rumor Glenn Willis, Scout Laru Willis, and Tula Bell Willis, who he shares with his ex-wife Demi Moore. Emma and Demi have navigated Bruce’s diagnosis together with the blended family maintaining a close bond.
