Reba McEntire Clarifies Rex Linn Relationship Status | E! News

Reeba McIntyre is setting the record straight on her and Rexellin’s relationship. After Savannah Guthrie accidentally called Rex Reeba’s quote husband during an episode of the Today Show, the country singer swiftly jumps in to correct the co-anchor, explaining that they still are engaged. You know, when you also met your husband there, so Rex, good old Rex. Well, now wait a minute. Well, wait before everybody has a conion fit at home. We’re just uh you’re engaged. I’m sorry. You’re my family. Go, wait, you didn’t tell us. Reeba then goes on to share what it’s like working with Rex on their sitcom Happyy’s Place, saying, “He is a workaholic and he loves to rehearse. Me not so much on the rehearsal part, so he really makes sure that I know my lines. We’re so grateful and thankful that we get to go to work together and then go home together.” The couple, who first started dating in 2020 after reuniting on the set of YoungSheldon decades after meeting, confirmed their engagement while speaking exclusively to E-News at the 2025 Emmys.
