I have to ask you, are more congratulations in order for you? Are you engaged? Yes, there’s more congrats. Congratulations. Thank you. I have a lot of faith in Miley. You know, she makes good decisions. Miley Cyrus has dad Billy Ray’s stamp of approval when it comes to marrying fiance Max Morando. life is, you know, it it’s going to have its ups and downs, you know, and and uh uh but she’s got a lot of character, you know, she knows how to get back up and um I for the most part, I’m I’m pretty comfortable with where she’s at, where she’s been, and where she’s going. How did he do it? Did he go on one knee? Did he Yeah. And I am not easy to surprise because I love to control every situation and I had completely surrendered and I’m telling you I was so so so surprised. Did you say yes? Of course. Yeah. [Music] We’re diamonds in the Miley’s dad taking to Instagram to share his excitement about the couple’s engagement. sharing this unseen pic of the pair and writing, “So happy you found each other. Congratulations. Happy to see you both. So happy.” Miley debuted her diamond earlier this week at the premiere of Avatar Fire and Ash. She has a love song on the soundtrack. Even through the flames, even through the ashes in the sky, baby, when we dream, we dream as one. Miley and I both, we play music by air. We play life by ear. We go with the way things feel and leave a whole lot of things up to fate. Fate forcing the father-daughter duo apart for a bit. They became estranged when Billy Ray and Miley’s mom, Tish Cyrus, split up in 2020. Life is a series of adjustments. It’s just been tough on everybody. You have to decide in your mind and say, “Okay, this happened. Now, I’m going to try and move forward.” We know that if we make a mistake, we’ll be forgiven. You know, it’s that’s part of being a human being. You’re going to make mistakes, but you just have to learn to recover from them. Now things seem to be on the mend and Miley’s godmother, Dolly Parton, might have played a part. She’s always going to keep the show going. The show must go on. I was very close to Billy Ray, her dad, when I was touring with Billy Ray was when Miley’s mother was got pregnant with her. So that’s one of the reasons I said, “This got to be my baby.” Yeah. And so she’s been my baby ever since. I love Miley. We’re we’re very connected and we sing great together. Yes, you do. I’ll do anything for Miley and she does anything for me. We count our blessings. We pick up the pieces. I think what’s what’s so um obvious to me about Miley is like there’s only one Miley. She’s an original and she is absolutely undeniably the one and only Miley.
