Sex and the City’s Kim Cattrall Marries Russell Thomas in London Wedding | E! News
Kim Catrol is married. The Sex in the City alum tied the knot with Russell Thomas in an intimate London ceremony attended by only 12 guests December 4th. People magazine confirms Kim and Russell first met in 2016 when the actress went to BBC studios to appear on an episode of Woman’s Hour. Shortly after, Russell, who was working as an audio engineer for the media company at the time, reached out to her online. Kim told Glamour in 2018, “He direct messaged me. It was very, very modern and it’s just been very easy. Eventually, they decided to meet up in person with Russell soon going to visit Kim in Vancouver. She recalled to People mag in 2020, “It was very brave of him because we didn’t really know each other other than having a few meals together, but he came and we got along great and we’ve been together ever since.” After falling in love, the couple have mostly kept their romance out of the spotlight. But Kim did provide insight into why they work so well together. She explained, “I’m very comfortable around him. He’s a firecracker and he’s got a wicked sense of humor and he’s easy on the eyes.” And Kim credited Russell’s energetic personality to his unique personal history. She told the Times back in June, “He’s had an incredibly interesting life and really done it on his terms. He’s a bit of a rebel, which I love. Congratulations to the newlyweds. [Music]

I like this trend of our older celebs finding love. Pam and Liam, Billy Ray and Elizabeth, Jennifer Aniston, Jeff and Lauren. Gives the rest of us hope. And not to mention that we're alot more mature for love vs when we were in our 20s. Comes with alot of benefits.
