He later told TMZ by phone that he was alive and okay, though he didn’t share what exactly led to the incident. The Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed he wasn’t transported to a hospital. Dick has long been open about his battles with addiction, legal troubles, and attempts to get support through therapists and recovery specialists. Next up, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum Jen Shaw is officially out of prison after serving less than a half of her 6 and a half year sentence.
