Vanderpump Villa’s Marciano Brunette Sues Mormon Wives’ Demi Engemann | E! News

Marciana brunette is taking Dei Enamin to court. The Vanderpump Villa star has filed a lawsuit against The Secret Lives of Mormon Wife star accusing her of defamation for alleging that he engaged in quote unwanted touch with her earlier this year. According to legal documents obtained by ENews December 7th, Marciano says that Dei damaged his reputation by falsely labeling him a quote sexual predator. While filming a crossover episode of their shows in Italy, Marciano said he kissed him. Though the mom talker, who has been married to husband Brett Angaman since 2021, said any physical contact between them was quote unwanted. In the legal docs, Marciano says their off- camerara kiss was consensual, alleging the 31-year-old quote refrain the obviously consensual interaction as one of sexual misconduct and then as sexual assault to create a story line for reality TV. He goes on to say that the payer kept in touch after their Italy trip, submitting alleged text from her in his lawsuit. Furthermore, he says that Deise shared her location with him, adding, quote, “That behavior confirms a continued relationship, not a person reacting to sexual assault.” E! News has reached out to Dei’s rep for comment, but hasn’t yet heard back. However, Dei previously said that his advances were unwelcome, saying on the show, “Everyone is going to handle these kind of situations different. You never deserve unwanted touch. No matter what your relationship was like before or after, unwanted touch is unwanted touch. [Music]
