Bethenny Frankel brags on $12M real estate profits after haters blast her ‘ugly’ new Florida house
Let me give you a little education on architecture, on real estate, and on business. So, AD dared to feature me, and some precious people in the comments are a guest. What in the home goods? What in the wayfair? Two brands that happen to not be in my house, but that are multi-billion dollar brands. So, I design homes with a very specific intention, as an investment. Now, I love to live there, and I make them exactly what I want them to be, but they’re designed as investments. So, for example, my Hampton’s house for 2.675, I just sold for six. My Tribeca apartment that Frederick told me um I could get um in the sixes for when I paid 5 million, I got in one day, all cash 7 million. Uh my Soho house that you guys saw, I bought for 4.2 2 days before the Trump election and I sold it for 7 million. Peak pandemic, worst time to sell a place in New York City. When Ryan Sirhan, who I love, told me to get like 6 and a half max. Uh, this home that I’m in, I paid 4.2, getting a million dollar discount cuz it was going into foreclosure. It’s worth over six now, and I could sell it when I decide to move in 3 years, and Brin is uh going to college for about 7 million. My New Hampton’s home, I paid like five and a half and it’s already worth uh about seven and I’ll never sell it because it is an extraordinary piece of property that would probably go for like 8 to 10 in the next few years because it is on the beach. So, h I forgot my Greenwich home which I sold uh in 8 days and it was never listed. I paid 4.2 to peak pandemic for Connecticut, which was exploding, and I sold it for just shy of 8 million. Let me tell you how I approach a home. I approach a home with neutral tones that are something that anybody could relate to, possibly want to buy, but definitely be able to see their own vision when they come to look at a house. Because I do move a decent amount, things change, my career changes. I have uh a teenage daughter and I invest in something that I love but that is not too precious. I’m not the one who’s going to like get in uh bone from China and and lay it into my floor. I’m not that So, not unlike Vogue putting Kim and Kanye on the cover or the Met Gala including Lauren and Jeff Bezos, AD is a business. They want to aspire to entertain, engage, and hopefully give people something that is attainable. So, AD, thank you for featuring me. I can’t wait until you feature my Hampton’s house and everybody else. When I make my $3 million on this house, maybe I’ll invite you for a latte. You’re welcome.
Bethenny Frankel shut down the haters brutally criticizing her home’s décor by bragging about the millions she’s made off of flipping houses.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum’s new home in Florida was recently featured in Architectural Digest, with the outlet describing her home as “a streamlined, contemporary take on classic Floridian design.”
Some of her and designer Lauren Lindner’s choices for the home included a marble waste basket that costs around $1,000, to more attainable pieces from Amazon.
“Highs and lows, baby,” Frankel told the magazine of the items in her home. “There are so many things that are fun to mix in that no one will ever know where they’re from.”

Free advice and I actually like her and think she’s smart however NO ONE WILL SING YOUR PRAISE if you don’t stop singing it yourself 24/7. Maybe try being humble, she’s alway cirticizeing EVERYONE else while CONSTANTLY BRAGGING about herself. Maybe speak about other’s success and achievements and not make it ALL ABOUT YOU 24/7 and people will start to mention you without you making it ALL ABOUT YOU .
