    If your nose starts bleeding, here's what to do. First, don't tilt your head back. Huh? You'll swallow blood that way, which can upset your stomach and make you sick. Instead, lean forward and spit out any blood. Second, pinch the soft part of your nose for 10 minutes. Set a timer and don't stop early. But my pizza's here. Not yet. After the timer, take an ice pack and place it on the bridge of your nose. >> But I only have frozen peas. >> That works, too. The cold helps constrict blood vessels, so a clot can form and stop the bleeding. And if the bleeding hasn't stopped for 30 minutes, call for help.       My mom called an ambulance when she had a nosebleed, they told her what to do and then told her to hang up/hanged up (don't remember). It didn't stop, she called again and they refused to send an ambulance, she gone herself to the hospital (almost half of my small town of a way) and almost passed out while they told her to fill out the papers, they didn't even take her for the night. Year later she died because of hematoma.

      I'm a nepali which means I live in mountains and we have a common plant called TITEPATI which is used in nose bleeding this plant leaves are put in the nose and it helps very fast

      I remember when once in kindergarten (ill say A and B cuz i dont remember their names lmao) i had two friends and when i turned my head away from A for a sec to talk to B i was shocked to see the whole floor was covered in A's nose bleed. I looked away for maybe 2 mins only. If you had a stroke while reading this its fine cuz im bad at english

      Ancient techniques are way better, tilt urself forward, pinch ur nose, then keep ice cream in your mouth and have it touch the top of your mouth for 5 minutes, the blood will tend to heal and remaining blood will dry

      Wow thanks i got this after having a nose bleed in school randomly which my teacher had noticed, and it happened like 1-2 weeks ago.. wow.

      Lowkey..sometimes I have periods of where I get nose bleeds alot for a while..and I just go to the sink and let it drip and blow my nose a bunch..it works for me-
