Jennifer Lawrence Details Ambien Mishap on Hunger Games Set | E! News

Jennifer Lawrence is revealing some onset missteps early in her career. During the December 17th episode of CNN and Variety’s Actors on Actor series, Jennifer told Leo DiCaprio during the filming of Red Sparrow she accidentally took an aderall instead of a sleeping pill, causing her to stay up all night and then making her drowsy the next day during filming. She jokingly tells the actor, quote, “That sucked.” The next incident had the opposite effect and happened while filming 2013’s The Hunger Games Catching Fire, where she said she took an ambient in the morning thinking it was a different drug, which then caused her to take longer to do her scenes holding up production. She recalls, quote, “It was a dance scene with Philip Seymour Hoffman on the second Hunger Games movie.
