his reason for not coming today. I know we talked about it on the elevator, but why is he here? >> Every inmate has to be medically cleared before they can be transported to court. He has not been medically cleared. It’s just >> joining booty. >> Where is this? >> Uh MCJ, Vince County Jail. >> Just just to triple confirm the murder case has not been >> I have not received any filing and I don’t believe the court has received any filing at this point. you spoken to your client at all? >> I’m not I’m not commenting any further than what the the procedure of the court today is. >> How is your client spirits today? >> He’s not here. That’s the whole point. He’s not here yet. >> We’ll be back dayto day. I understand that. >> I haven’t seen it >> at all. >> Uh, no, no, no. I’m not saying that. I haven’t seen it today. >> Have you had any communication? >> I’m not I’m not commenting any further than the procedural issues today. >> Can you tell us who’s retained you retained? >> No. As I said, Eric, I’m not commenting any further than the procedures that that are occurring today.

Rob Reiner’s son Nick failed to appear in LA court to face charges that he slit the throats of his famed director dad and mom — with his lawyer saying he has yet to be “medically cleared.’’ Nick’s lawyer Alan Jackson told reporters outside the courthouse that his client’s first appearance in court could be as early as Wednesday, although that will be decided on a “day-to-day” basis.

  1. Who’s the clown sticking his phone in front of the lawyer? As if he couldn’t hear him without doing so? With all the reporters there he must be entitled?👺

  2. If he is still not medically cleared it is painfully obvious what kind of bizarre psychosis he was in.

You can hate me but I'm concerned about him because he will wake up with what he did. For the rest of his life.
