NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs Leaving Missouri for New State, Stadium | E! News

    The Kansas City Chiefs are moving to Kansas after playing at Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri for more than 60 years. In a Dec. 22 statement shared on Instagram, Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt announced the Chiefs will relocate their home football games to Kansas beginning with the 2031 NFL season, writing, β€œIn the years ahead, we look forward to designing and building a state-of-the-art domed stadium and mixed-use district in Wyandotte County. A stadium of this caliber will put Kansas City in the running for Super Bowls, Final Fours, and other world-class events.” The NFL team features players Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Jaylen Watson and more on its roster.
