John Mellencamp said his daughter Teddi Mellencamp is “really sick.” During a Jan. 14 appearance on The Joe Rogan Podcast, the singer said that Teddi is currently struggling amid her battle with stage 4 brain cancer. saying, “I do have a daughter that’s really sick… She’s got cancer in the brain, and she’s suffering right now.” The update comes three months after the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ alum said her cancer was “gone,” though Teddi clarified at the time that her health journey was not over. Since her cancer diagnosis, Teddi has received support from fellow Housewives, friends and family, including estranged husband Edwin Arroyave, with whom she shares three children. It kills me he is speaking about cancer when he is smoking. We simply cannot deny brain cancer is very much on the rise with younger people. Why? Why have so many cancers in remission for years come back aggressively in the past few years? I have had cancer since I was 40. I am 74. What is very upsetting to me is how NONE of my oncologists ever wanted to research why. They said asking why suggests the patient was responsible. So it is taboo to ask. I did get genetically tested. What in the past 5 years has spurred cancer for so many? Elephant in the room?
John wants her to move back home with him to help take care of her. I am sure John's chain-smoking will be real good for her health.
