Jon Gosselin shared insight into a health scare he suffered mere weeks before his wedding to Stephanie Lebo. The ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8’ alum shared that he received a life-threatening diagnosis of bilateral pulmonary embolisms, which is when a blood clot breaks loose and travels to the lung. The 48-year-old recounted to The Daily Mail when he initially felt the “grueling pain” in his legs which by the next day had traveled to his shoulder.
