Lady Gaga brought a momentary halt to a concert in Tokyo, Japan, on Jan. 29, as she spoke out about Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The singer was performing one of four concerts at the Tokyo Dome as part of her tour, The Mayhem Ball, when she made the heartfelt speech.
