The former reality star, who announced his run for LA mayor following the loss of his Pacific Palisades home to last year’s devastating wildfire, talks about his new memoir, “The Guy You Loved to Hate.” In it Pratt confessed to selling photos of Mary-Kate Olsen as a teen partying and other juicy stories.
