Even if there was no consent and even if she was an employee … the remedy is not a $500m federal law suit. The remedy if her allegations were actually true should have been 1. She Tells him NO. 2. She makes a formal HR complaint. 3. he gets a warning, 4 he gets fired…. Blake pursued non of those options.

No, the judge has not been fair, not to Justin and company, and certainly not to Friedman. His bias is beyond obvious, and his bias towards his lawyer has bled over and resulted in even more bias towards Justin and company.
The judge was terribly biased and now he is trying to save face by making it seem like Justin's side was out of line. There is no justice in that sort of biased, manipulative behavior. The judge has made this about his own bias from the very beginning.
