Timothy Busfield Indicted on Four Counts in Child Sex Abuse Case
A New Mexico grand jury indicted ‘Thirtysomething’ actor Timothy Busfield on four counts on Friday, in his ongoing child sexual contact case. Busfield maintains his innocence as the case heads to trial; he is currently out of custody on his own recognizance, strictly forbidden to have any unsupervised contact with children under the age of 18.

These allegations are horrible and defamatory and if the parents of these two boys are making false allegations, I hope they get charged for this. I am glad there are evidence pointing towards Timothy's innocence. I want to know also what happened to the young woman who also came forward, does she know the family of these two little boys?
