A huge Hollywood star had fans doing a double take following her latest red carpet appearance. Sharon Stone flaunted her ageless appearance at the The Bluff premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The Basic Instinct star, 67, stepped out wearing a chic black suit, which she paired with a partially unbuttoned copper blazer and a huge diamond brooch. However, it was her fresh appearance which took centre stage as she accentuated her facial features with striking pink blusher and a killer red lipstick. Sharon completed her look with a pair of dazzling earrings, to match her rhinestone brooch.

In the past, the actress has been open about having Botox injected, but later revealed that she stopped undergoing the injections after suffering from a stroke. Speaking to Vogue Arabia in 2022, the actress said: “There were periods in the super fame when I got Botox and filler and stuff, and then I had this massive stroke and a nine-day brain haemorrhage, and I had to have over 300 shots of Botox and filler to make the one side of my face come up again.”
Sharon went on to explain that the terrifying ordeal completely changed her views on the tweakments, going from “cute luxury to some kind of massive, painful neurological need.” The legendary actress had planned to age naturally, but a partner, younger than her, had approached her about Botox.

After she injected Botox, Sharon saw her now ex-boyfriend one more time before they drifted apart. Before stepping out at the premiere, Sharon questioned why, in 2026, people are afraid of ageing.
Speaking in a video shared on Instagram, Sharon said: “Are we supposed to be terrified when we look in the mirror? Is it supposed to be a secret when we pee and poo and brush our teeth? Why are we supposed to be afraid of our own human self? It’s like the weirdest idea in the world to me.
“Excuse me, I wear it every day. I get up in it. I go to sleep in it. I pee in it. I poo in it. It’s my apartment. I live here.” She penned in the caption: “Why in 2026 are we still afraid of ageing & living in our own selves. We are more than appearance.. we are artists, mothers, sisters, wives, nurses, teachers… and the list goes on!

“I got really fired up about this when I was touring my studio a few weeks back. The filming crew had requested to move a painting out of shot, ‘the Goddess’ whom happens to be a naked woman. We are afraid of nudity on our screens, our bodies, our home.. but not violence or every other thing we are constantly bombarded with day in and day out?
“Get real!” Sharon added: “Sorry not sorry!” Her post, which has been liked over 51,000 times, was flooded with messages of support, with one person writing: “Thank you for being so authentically you! Such an inspiration, Sharon.”
A second social media user penned: “Gorgeous person.” Meanwhile, a third added: “Love this. Just turned 59. It’s an absolute privilege to grow older. I’ve lost so many friends, colleagues and patients who never got to know this opportunity and blessing.”
