As an Australian it killed me inside when he kept moving and not staying still. Like mf ur spreading the venom! Idc if the bites are never rlly fatal that’s like step one.
I just threw one of these out my yard by the tail. I thought it was a chicken snake until I looked up and my fiancé is just standing there like👁️👄👁️… tf. I’ve worked in a lot of chicken coups and livestock houses so I threw out snakes a lot and handled them. That was my first copper head 🤣.
Today I learned venomous snakes can dry bite. It has never crossed my mind till now that snakes can bite without injecting venom. I guess I was under the impression that venom injection was involuntary.
Bro I stepped on one in yard when. I was like 7. Mf bit me. I remember getting to the hospital and I thought I was fine. Fast forward 5-6 hours, I felt the worse pain in my leg when I stood up, I had no clue how swollen my leg and foot had become.

Ive seen copperheads in Gunpowder park and its in Baltimore co.
My cousin was bit by a copperhead when he was 6 while in a park. His foot turned white. Really scary.
