It's interesting that NYT is doing this article AFTER they already attempted to defame Justin Baldoni. Is this a potential olive branch to Baldoni in an attempt to not be sued on appeal? I too do not believe that Judge Liman will throw out much this case. There is so little that Lively can prove occurred and ample evidence that she was orchestrating a takeover of the film. There's also evidence that she was an independent contractor which will destroy her claims of retaliation. So now all she's left with would be her contract claims and that will also be hard to fight because she never signed her contract.
😂 Whenever I'm not bothered about something, I always tell everyone how I'm not bothered about that issue 🤣 sure, Blake.

Wow, I don’t think she can stop herself anymore. She’s committed. This is self-destruct at its finest.
There doesn’t have to be SH on set for her to claim retaliation. She’s claiming retaliation for her raising concerns – she definitely did raise concerns. It doesn’t matter if the concerns were valid or not – either way an employer can’t retaliate if an employee raises concerns about safety in the workplace. I’m not sure how that translates for contractors, whether the laws about retaliation for raising concerns applies to them as well. And of course, there’s multiple other ways her claims fall over…. Like for example, there wasn’t actually a smear campaign so she can’t demonstrate that there was any retaliatory behaviour. But, if the judge were to dismiss the SH allegations that will have no bearing on the retaliation allegations.
