    Skier Eileen Gu Slams Criticism of Silver Medals at Olympics 2026 | E! News

    Eileen Gu clapped back at a reporter who asked whether her silver medal wins at the 2026 Winter Olympics were overshadowed by her not placing first in the competitions. The Team China skier responded at the Feb. 16 press conference after the competition, “I’m the most decorated female freeskier in history, I think that’s an answer in and of itself.” The 22-year-old— who was born and raised in the U.S. but now competes for China—won two gold medals and a silver in Beijing in 2022 and will compete for her third medal at the Milan Cortina Games on Feb. 19.       a normal country that didn’t hate themselves would despise her.

      she never steps foot in china but represents them – solely for money – and self hating Americans applaud her.
