The New York Times Just Strengthened Justin Baldoni’s Case

The New York Times published a brand new article about the Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni case — and somehow managed to accidentally make the case FOR him. We’re breaking down the legal standard Blake actually has to meet, what the slow dance footage really shows when you watch it with the audio on, and why the same paper that helped destroy Baldoni’s reputation just handed his defense team a gift. Trial is May 2026. It is about to get very interesting.

    1. shes out of her mind thinking shes going to win this lawsuit. it really needs to go to trial but i have a feeling liman is going to throw out 3/4 of her claims because theyre ridiculous and without merit. all she had to do was apologise. its bad enough shes a thief, but did she have to take him down too? she wont work for a long time and ryan looks so bad right now he's working overtime trying to rebuild his reputation. hope that takes years because we dont need either of them in this world. those poor kids my god. you summed it up pretty good celebrity spy thanks:)

    2. Lively and Reynolds are a disgusting pair of scumbag's. They premeditated the take over, and expected Baldoni/Wayferer to comply without defiance. They didn't comply, and here's were its taken that pair 💩💩 of HIJACKERS.
I pray they never recover from this and they're ran out of Hollywood.

    3. The Times seems like they are trying to walk back their "hit-job" on Justin Baldoni. Not good enough. Maybe they are realizing that Blake & Ryan no longer have as much power as they thought they did before all the facts came out.

    4. Correction: The two were not comfortable with each other. In fact, the text messages of BL and TS showed that she had contempt for JB while JB's texts to his friends showed he was a bit afraid of her and actually knew what she was doing it but they needed her and didn't want to waste the money they sunk in the movie.
They were both ACTING here. The first one was acting the script or the scene. The second one was acting as if they were "friends" but BL was disgusted with him and JB was wary of her. Zack Peter showed the eyeroll of BL and JB's tense face after he said CUT.

    5. 5:44 She's always copying other women. She copied Julia Roberts' Valentino look from the 2001 Oscars even down to the hair. Just like she copied Barbieheimer trying to release Deadpool and IEWU at same time and was accused of plagiarizing Amal Clooney's speech

    6. I'm sorry but at 6:49 it's NOT predatory… it's ACTING. It looks like ACTING with no sound. IT looks like 2 people talking about the scene with sound. THERE is no predatory. He is a married man, she is a married woman and they are both acting a scene for a movie. So it's professional. Use the right P.

    7. I hope he sues that rag into oblivion. No one who is afraid of SH takes over peoples umhobs, gets people fired, blackmails people, rewrites scenes, pics new music, turns the cast against him, and physically steals a film, bans someone to the basement. And erites a sexy flirty email talking about bakl busting and no teeth. That's power not cowering. imo

    8. It is coming in very late, but I think that NYT is finally listening to its board of directors and reading the room. What the La Brea Tar Pits (from an area that is now Los Angeles, CA) were to flora and fauna many millennia ago, is what BL vs. JB/Wayfarer trial will be to most of those involved, including but not limited to, industry execs, PR reps, celebrities and wannabe celebrities. They will be stuck, dragged down and unlikely to emerge intact.

    9. People have spent too much time on social media and have forgotten how to communicate properly. Socializing is a skill, it's a learned behavior, it requires practice. Most human communication is non verbal, like tone and body language. You will never ever get that experience in the "new towns square" 🤢. Your social skills will suffer as a result, that is unavoidable.
