How many laws do they have to break before they are called to answer????? Snake & Lying Ryan both belong behind bars. Complete disrespect & abuse of the legal system. Judge LieMan should’ve recused himself from the start. Hopefully he will have to answer for his bias! This is clear cut case of defamation on the part of Snake & Lying Ryan & it was detrimental to Justin’s career, finances, well being & mental after being crucified very publicly from the very start.
I don't trust the judge. I don't trust our so called justice system.
Judge Liz who is a retired Florida judge was shocked and appalled to hear about Vansham. She wouldn't allow evidence obtained through a sham subpoena in her courtroom. I am eager to hear how Judge Liman rules on this one!

I also remember Brian Freedman saying they didn’t know about it, but they thought something like that went on. Thank God for Freedman fighting for all our rights! IMO: Hard to believe the judge has given Snake and Lyin' so much leeway while making it difficult for Justin and company.

The Van Sham Lawsuit in my opinion shows the world what they will stoop low low low to win. They lied and used the court sytem to pull off another scam. Like the courts are there for there own special use to use as they see fit. I don't know what the judge will keep hidden or not but dam this is a huge insult to the judicial system where this judge resides and is respected. If it was me I would give them the max.

Clearly the two different ways of looking at it. Did Blake's legal team did something they should have. In my opinion yes. Secondly I can see judge letting some of it in the case. To so fairness to Blake case. With emails and texts. Their more then one person phone. So Justin's team can get the other people's cell and computer. To show everything and not let Blake's team cherry pick ones to the jury. Plus Justin's team show how dirty. They unlegal ways of getting the phone.
I wonder how the media which has been obviously supporting Blake Lively is going to spin this. Wouldn't they have to admit guilt about not sharing some of the earlier findings and being biased in writing headlines in support of Blake Lively?
