FFS scrape of a phone’s sms folder goes to the root data the files which are tiny fragments – they are saved in the raw format not in the format of a file or actual text message. So these messages are small and each message may be 1 kilobyte. The root form of raw data means that 316 MB is massive – it’s not massive for a regular file size. But this is forensic pieces in raw form. Hope that helps

The most despicable act, imo, is using this sham lawsuit to have as legal protection for the data they already illegally took from JA's phone. This wasn't using a shell company to obtain information. It was what NYT needed in order to run the article.

If anyone wants to gauge how this case is going for Lively all they have to do is note Reynolds absence from her life for the last several months. No staged photos of them out and about, no social media birthday greetings for his wife, no support for her at court and all we have is just Ryan on social media acting like he’s a wife and family free bachelor.

This is why you should never use your company phone for personal activity. I agree that this information was illegally obtained but if she had kept those messages separate, they wouldn't have gotten as much.

This judge is the reason this trial has gone on this long. He is no good. I believe he was chosen because BL and RR lawyers are great friends with this judge; so, I have no hope we will see justice in this court.
Even if appealed -this will need to be strategically done.
Think on Johnny Depp’s case. It wasn’t until he was able to get to the court of Virginia justice was served.
We may not see justice any time soon but with the courts, but Justin has won court of public opinion and BL & RR are just like Amber Heard. They will screw up to where they will get shut down one day. I just don’t think we will see justice with this judge or within this court.
Matt Williams said 2025 would be the year all liars were exposed. We see the liars but for some reason people don’t want to believe truth. For whatever reason they keep supporting criminals.
Just my opinion, but I imagine the WGA, PGA, and DGA, they are waiting for the outcome of the Lively v Wayfarer trial before invoking some sort of punishment for those who violated their policies & procedures.
With that in mind, I do think CA, at least, possibly the FBI, are also investigating, collecting information for potential charges of state law and if it crossed CA state line, that's federal charges.
Although, at the time, I didn't like what Liman did by dismissing Wayfarer's countersuit, it may have been a blessing in disguise because then Wayfarer wasn't limited to certain charges. Potentially Wayfarer (whole or as individuals) has more legal options, CA, and federal government. Plus the information in this upcoming trial maybe can be used future trials.

I'll bet that anything said in those text messages are not any worse than text messages that would be found in Stephanie's phone!! The hypocrisy, lies, manipulation and deviant behavior involved and demonstrated in this case is truly sad. Our justice system has disappointed and obviously failed a lot of people!

No search warrant probably because it was the business’ phone, completely criminal. In my opinion though.
Unbelievable entitlement. I’m not confident any legal justice will be meted out to Blake, Ryan or Stephanie. If anything my hope is their reputations are sullied enough that they can’t get jobs in the film industry. I’m looking forward to the day when I go to Walmart and the greeters are Blake and Ryan.
This is the reason I continue to insist that criminal charges should be filed against them. Every one of them! Ryan, Blake, Stephanie.
