So, this right here is Terry Cooley who apparently had been Beyoncé’s stage manager for over 20 years, basically since Destiny’s Child, and the one who was responsible for making ALL THE MAGIC HAPPEN!
However, what happened is that his daughter Mairi Cooley came out and said that he was unfairly fired by Beyonce after not being able to keep up with work in Dubai because he got injured some years back.
And now she’s coming to the internet asking for help and asking people to tag Beyoncé because her dad needs help paying for his bills, including medical bills.

Yes I definitely thinks that Beyonce should be ethical and help him out because he worked for her for 20 years with very little sleep and I bet you she didn't pay him well either these people don't care about anybody but themselves

Yes it is happening in regular jobs too they'll use you and find some kind of reason either to get rid of you or you get sick and they get rid of you it happened to me so I know I got sick can car accident and they told me I want able to work again and I'm working now

Michael Jackson would have helped him out. He would have gone all out to make sure that he was alright. Shieet, Michael had REAL LIFE bloods and crips in his music videos and put random people in his videos, made sure one of his fans were safe from jumping with him while performing, did not appreciate when his manager would push and yell at his fans etc of course he would not fire him but put himself in HIS shoes and help out. Maybe there is a decent explanation for this. I wanna here Beyonce's side of the story, but knowing her, she never speaks out or clap back on anyone calling her out. Consider the ppl you work w/ in your immediate area… yall are almost like a lil family 9 months in… this was 20 yrs of him being up close & personal w/ her probably almost like another lesser father figure. Literally held her cup while she drank😐….For 20 Years! That's why the daughter probably didn't ask Mariah. This man was a big part of the driving force of every concert she had… when those type of relationships end, they're supposed to in beautiful farewells, maybe a nice severance, & grand appreciation for their contribution to YOUR success.
The daughter should've moved in more finesse though in the way she asked.
It sounds like Beyonce is selfish and doesn't care about anyone except herself she could have helped that man after all he she worked him like a dog over 20 years that should count for something
