Keira Knightley met musician James Righton, keyboardist for indie band Klaxons, in 2011 after mutual friend Alexa Chung introduced them at a London party. She’s said they bonded over music and a shared hatred of being photographed. Two years later they married in a tiny town‑hall ceremony in Mazan, France, with about a dozen guests, then held a backyard reception in a farmhouse. Daughters Edie (2015) and Delilah (2019) followed. Knightley has spoken about postpartum anxiety and how James took long stretches off touring so they could tag‑team parenting. Despite their fame, they rarely share photos of the kids or hit many red carpets, saying the secret is staying in London and keeping a normal routine together.

After all that work, it does not even look like Keira. Why must they do this BS surgery?
