    1. Blake & Ryan Reynolds thought they were off the hook, but the $400 million fight is not over for Wayfarer. 2. The judge is not going to admit any wrong doing here. He's team Lively! As much as I wish it the appeal will be successful, I doubt it will be.

    3. These are more than excellent examples of what the judicial system should take note of and if Jusge Limon would take accountability for these oversights he would make a much better and bigger Judge! Human error being real!! We’ll see!!!! Justice for Justin!!!!

    4. I've always thought if I ever ran into Kody and Robyn Brown, I'd let them have it. Look! Now I have two more people on my list! Thx, Katie!!!

    5. Justice for the truth and for Blake LIEvly, her snake of a husband, her snake of a bff swift, the NY Times and Jones to be held accountable for their deceitful and deplorable actions. I hope this appeal goes through and things are overturned. As always, fantastic reporting and information presented and points made Katie!🎉❤

    6. WHY DO YOU SHOW PICTURES OF LIAR LIVELY? IT IS HARD TO WATCH LOVE LISTENING TO YOU, BUT CAN'T STOMACH A LIAR LIVELY. HOW ABOUT SHOWING JUSTIN INSTEAD OF HER?

    7. Seems like the press has abused their privilege of protection because they lie, mislead and manipulate the news. Why hasn’t the judge been held accountable for what he did

    8. Definitely the NY Times should be worried. When they first published the article they thought Justin was gonna break under the pressure and Blake had it in the bag. But now they can see that there is nothing that could scare him away and stop him, same for the team around him. So many people are fighting for justice with Baldoni, putting their reputations on the line, giving their time and energy, spending millions upon millions on legal fees… No one saw this coming and neither did the NY Times.
Let's not forget Bryan Freedman helped Megyn Kelly win her case against Fox News. He's not afraid of this case.

    9. She had 1 thing right she wasn't a good actress. She's the biggest narcissist other than her husband that I have ever seen. I hope they lose millions in this. And I hope no 1 hires either 1 of them again.

    10. Why was judge Liam so quick to dismiss the baldony case? And said no enough evidence..
And yet for months, even years now, Blake Lively has been coming up with nothing except a bunch of word salad…. Paying other people to do it for her too, and hiring other people (mostly innocent people)to file false complaints, but where is the evidence. Hes not playing by the same rules. judge Liam, " What the hell are we still doing playing with flaky made up case. here, huh?.

I think Liam is to scared to pronounce judgment against BL& RR because of his tyes with Hollywood. I bet hes getting pressure from all sides… with that said, he did swear to God to follow all the rules of the bench, no matter who is 8n front of you.

Come on Judge Liam…. come back with a quilty sentence for the Livelys. And then please have the feds come in and arrest them for perjury woth penility.

    11. The transitions on this video are nauseating. But thank you for all the info. I always listen to your research which is always on point and extensive. Thank you for all that you do!

    12. I don't think Lyman has it in him to do the right thing.I do believe that he's getting pure pressure from outside, and he's 2 cowardly to tell them f*** y**I made vows to the court that I am obligated to and I have to fulfill them.
And if he is unwilling to be able to stand up and brush off his family's opinions , then he needs to be replaced.

    13. All of this made me scared for all the men in my life. I’m ready for justice to be served. For Justin to be vindicated and Lively/Reynolds and their sycophants to be held to account. Today is a good Day! Thank you Katie!

    14. I pray 🙏 that JB & Crew win the appeal, get to go at them again, including all they know now, & win. To be able to hold all of them accountable for these evils & harm that they've all participated in inflicting upon so many who suffered needlessly. If there is proper justice, that's what will happen, & Jb & crew will be paid, vindicated, restored, & then hopefully BL, RR. SJ, & others, all of them that started all this mess & kept it going under the guise of all these lies, shams, illegal actions will be made to pay in that arena as well, & be finished! (Also, praying for a huge win for poor Jennifer Able!!!) My 2 cents…

    15. How likely is it that the judge wanted to be overruled by the appeals court? Do they ever intentionally botch a case in order to not be blamed for a particular outcome? (Put on your tinfoil hats for this one 😂)

    16. So interesting- it's always really interesting to hear your analysis. Baldoni's team certainly have a lot more to work with now and certainly deserve to be fully heard on a fair appeal. The judge was wrong on so many levels to dismiss his case earlier.

    17. I still don't understand how the fact that all of this hinges upon text messages that were obtained through a sham lawsuit , so essentially an illegally obtained subpoena through abusing the legal process can be the basis of an article that is the catalyst of this entire thing.
And it's like how on earth did the New York Times examine thousands of pages of text messages and other documents? They looked at that many of Jennifer Abel's messages? Because if that's true that's even more problematic. I mean this whole thing is shady and the only reason why the judge has gotten away with dismissing their case is because the general public is not aware of the nuances of the case and it honestly makes me angry to no end.

    18. The NY Times linked a draft of the CRD complaint in their hit piece. It had no court markings. It is different from the filed complaint. Jedd Wallace attached the filed complaint to one of his motions. Had the Times just referred to the CRD rather than link a draft they would have been fine. How stupid can they be?

    19. The best part of this is it’s going to make his business partners even more crazy. When news broke Wrexham was valued @ 350 pounds, newscasters chuckled. They said any value to the team was based on the celebrity of RR. If the team sold he would have to agree to stay on. Just one more business counting on his celebrity draw power. You already did a great thumbnail on that.

    20. Really impressive that a 'prestigious' institution like The New York Times does not vet the information they are given, or even give any pushback questions….

    21. Passionate is code for psychotic in this case. Blake is nuckin futs. I’m convinced Judge Liman should have been recused from this case. His Hollywood director brother is the reason, too close to make appropriate decisions. The Southern District of New York is as crooked as the Trump Administration. Sue Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds until they are financially obliterated. 💥

    22. What about Jennifer Abel? She tagged along with the wayfarer against stephanie and lively, but when the NYT article came out that was not a given.

She is a private person, not on the same level as the studio, so the 10 hour time to respond for a normal person is a joke, she did not have lawyers on call, or a crisis pr team, yet she was demonised in that article along with baldoni.

    23. no not happy
that they appeal the case before The decision of the Court is issued

But they brought in a lawyer experienced in appeals cases to prepare the correct appeal for the case

They know more than we do.
