I think he may have just had a neck lift and maybe an endo forehead lift as you can see he was constantly raising his brows to see better. At least he’s still got his wonderful cheekbones and sweet dimples! As long as he feels better and I beg that he doesn’t fall into any crazy Hollywood beauty standard trap, then I’m happy for him if he’s happy!
