Britney Spears statement released after DUI arrest: ‘Hopefully she can get the help she needs’
Britney Spears was arrested for driving under the influence Wednesday, Page Six can confirm. The singer, 44, was handcuffed by the California Highway Patrol in Ventura County, Calif., at around 9:28 p.m. local time.
She was booked at 3:02 a.m. and ultimately released at 6:07 a.m. Thursday, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s inmate record.
