    1. Cant blame the cop just being cautious, but at some point in his (cop) senior life he will remember the same situation for sure he will experience the same thing.

    2. Never ever believe anyone when they tell them they have a medical condition. They don’t wanna believe it. They call you a liar to your face. It’s always officer safety. They’re always in fear for their life for everything and anything you can have a piece of paper in your hand and they’re gonna yell at a weapon, a pencil, a blade of grass anything it’s a weapon and they want you to get down on the ground on your face and crawl like a dog anytime they have interaction with people if they don’t comply immediately they have their guns drawn ready to shoot you in a moment if you flinch and it’s disgusting that we have to prove our Innocence to an officer into the court when it’s supposed to be the other way around in this country it’s supposed to be your innocent until proven guilty, but it doesn’t work that way with law-enforcement you’re always guilty. They always assume you’re a criminal the moment that they have contact with you And they treat you as such. They want you to answer their questions they demand you answer their questions when we have no legal obligation to do so ever. But when we give them an answer if it’s not what they want, they keep asking questions and they keep demanding more answers because all they want you to talk for is so that they can use something that you say against you in a court of law to prosecute you they want something that they can use in case at the end they know they screwed up. They wanna be able to have something that they can justify the illegal detainment and illegal arrest for that’s it plain and simple. This is why the Supreme Court instructed people to never talk to law-enforcement. Never unless you have an attorney present and when you tell an officer, I’m exerting my fifth amendment right to remain silent because anything I say Kenon will be used against me in a court of law what does the office say? They say no that doesn’t pertain to now you haven’t been arrested yet. You cannot plead your fifth amendment, right Which is a lie. We can claim our fifth amendment right to remain silent at any time that we have contact with an officer and lawyers instruct people to exert that right immediately because you’re gonna start out with all this is just a consensual conversation. No, it’s never consensual and we just wanna ask a few innocent questions. No, their questions are always Detailed questions. I ask them in a certain way to try to get certain responses they make it sound like they’re innocent, but they’re not their designed to set you up. Just like when they pull you over on the traffic stop the first question is do you know what you’ve been pulled over for Always say no if they say why were you speeding don’t ever answer that question don’t admit in any way that you were speeding you say it’s on my dash cam sir that’s why everyone has to have dash cam or cameras now to disprove the Officer version because they’ll call you a liar and they’ll tell the court one version but if you do not have an undisputed video of what actually happened. You’re gonna get the shaft with video evidence we can disprove their lies and get exonerated without undisputed video evidence it’s gonna be their version and ours and the court always believes the officer over a citizen, no matter how squeaky cleaning the citizen is they could be a pastor in the church never had a traffic ticket never never had any contact with law-enforcement in their lifeand if they don’t have any evidence, then they’re gonna believe the officer over the citizen. That’s just the way it is and it should not be that way. We are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.
