Ryan Gosling Jokes He’s a ‘Space Case’ After Adding STAR WARS to His Sci-Fi Resumé (Exclusive)

Ryan Gosling is heading to a galaxy far far away for his upcoming role in ‘Star Wars: Starfighter,’ hitting theaters in 2027. Gosling jokes with ET’s Nischelle Turner, he’s not sure what keeps pulling him back to sci-fi stories, but calls himself a ‘space case.’ Before ‘Star Wars’, Ryan will be suiting up for another out-of-this-world role in ‘Project Hail Mary,’ hitting theaters on March 20. In the film, he plays a middle school science teacher who wakes up alone in space. Ryan calls this his most challenging role yet, all while donning a full beard and a ‘placenta onesie’ as as a ‘space caveman.’

    1. Right off the bat – he mentions the fan base and how important they are. HUGE HUGE positive sign. (Like Henry Cavil with the Witcher – having the actors on board helps) – even with Fallout – and those actors, they may not have played the games, but they understand how important the existing fans are.

Read the ROOM, Hollywood! This is how you do it! RESPECT and pay homage to the ORIIGINAL IP – it's what got you to making the TV SHOW/Movie in the first place. The dustbins of history are littered with Showrunners who thought they knew better than the original writer!
