    NEW ORDER IN HALES SAYS LOLYER WILL FACE SANCTIONS!

    The latest order in the Hales case is BAD NEWS for lolyer Bruce Matzkin. Sanctions are coming, thanks to the motion to DQ that reminded the district judge what went on in Fed 1 when Matzkin didn’t show up to a show cause and skated on his portion of the sanctions. It looks like the DQ embarrassed Bolitho into saying the sanctions are still on the way.

      im seriously starting to think that these judges are getting paid off. they are being way too easy on giving favor to the defendants. not once, but twice.

      It’s fine for him to say he’s going to sanction him but we’ll see if he really does. Also since BBB isn’t in Florida they’ll never collect like the did with Randy

      I believe his in- action starting with bbb not getting sanctioned gave these creeps ballz to step up the defamation on the WTH. They are so emboldened it’s heading towards violence towards them. With his lack of upholding the law and Levi county sheriff’s not doing their job the whole thing is full of 💩. One good sanction back at the beginning these lowlifes would have thought twice before instigating anti wth eco crap. Same as Lienette had she been held accountable for her evil actions at the beginning this would not be a story today

      I think boletho thought when he first got on this it was going to just be some easy cut and dry neighbour issue case. He found out real fast then too his issues with actually needing to work and babysit out on randy. so JUdge Ficus, turned in to (at least for the hales side) Judge Fked- us, now turned in to Judge FAFO when his boss had to look at the motion to dismiss. he fafo'd lol.

      These judges hate Jeremy because he’s a “northern”. They see him as a northern that’s coming to Florida part time whining about things so their solution is for him to go back to Ohio and stay there. He will probably never get actual Justice as long as he’s dealing w the court systems in FL. I moved to S. FL about 2 yrs ago and although I’ve not personally dealt w Floridians acting crazy toward me I’ve witnessed it, and their attitude was “take your ass back where you came from” and I’m told this is a normal attitude of most Floridian’s.

      I don't think he was going to ever do anything to Bruce. He was going to let him get away with it. And I still think he should be removed. He has let this. Turn into a circus. And it has nothing to do with Jeremy and Randy.

      I did notice that the magistrate quoted something out of black laws dictionary now who the heck except for a sovereign citizen quote anything out of that?

      Jeremy won't be getting a fair trial by a Florida judge. I lived there for 30 years. Northern Florida is nothing but a bunch of inbred, backwood, redneck, idiots and they don't like outsiders. If you're not banging your sister cousin, you're the enemy.

      Matzkin is apparently out of the country and untouchable by US law. The case in Ohio he actually admitted he resigned as Lienette lawyer and was not fired as an excuse to not honor a court order to appear physically in Florida. He now can be sanctioned for THAT.

      Sanctions coming for Bruce will be in the total of only $1.00. There, that way he can say that he imposed sanctions against the other side. What a bunch of word salad by this judge. He should not be the one deciding if he should be removed, because you know that all judges will say no to this. What a bunch of BS…. 😞

      Watching this whole situation from Australia, it is nuts, crazy, insane, take your pick, that this is happening at all. I really feel for Geremy and Jorgee. They have really been put through the ringer by the people who are supposed to protect them. It has a feel from here that they are being punished by the judges and the PoPo(Police) just for being YouTube famous for doing their jobs. In Australia we say that none of this passes the pub test. i.e. if it was talked about in the pub the customers would be furious and demand that the right thing be done immediately. I will keep praying for them.

      The bias showed the minute this judge indicated that this issue was not worthy of the court’s time. It was in one of his early rulings. Both Bolitho and Hinkle have said as much and just prove that Jeremy will not get this case to court. The Anti-WTH group succeed because the courts choose not to read any of the plaintiff’s filings. It’s amazing any justice happens at all with judges like these.
