Blake Lively can’t stop getting bad news. Last week, the NY Times argued for attorney’s fees against Wayfarer – but within their complaint, the Times threw Blake under the bus related to some of her demands against Wayfarer.

    2. Claiming to only report on public documents is where they'll trip themselves up. The CRD complaint wasn't published. And those thousands of messages and documents weren't either. Nor were they obtained through discovery proving their authenticity.

    3. F the NYT…….. if not held to account for misinformation and biased reporting, what is being reported to the masses are lies and distortion. The journalist completely ignored one side of the narrative and defamed Justin.

    4. If Stephanie Jones was held liable for Jen Abels portion and found to be liable due to breach of contract to the Wayfarer parties she would have to pay the NYT legal fees.

What a tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive Stephanie.

    5. I don’t think their involvement was minimal at all. They have a right to reporter’s privilege but not to collusion and use of tainted evidence. Megan Twohey didn’t report on facts- she told lies. They need to be held accountable.

    6. I thought Minnesota was buried underneath 20 feet of snow?? How do you even have internet access? Are you using that Elon Musk Starlink stuff?? LOL !! 🙂

    7. Respecting other peoples' "boundaries" so g-damn much is what got ole Justin into this whole mess. Instead of trying to please everyone, he should have been doing his job as director and telling everyone what to f*cking do. I hope he learned his lesson.

    8. The fact that Meghan Twohey didnt alert JB until midnight(!!!) the night before publication, and told him he had until noon the next day, ONLY to pull the rug out from under him and publish at 1030AM, show malice???

It seems obvious to me that Twohey was hoping JB wouldn't even see her call or text or whatever until the next day, giving him even LESS time to respond. I think she wanted to be able to say that JB did not respond to her request for comment, making him look more guilty. Which was why she published at 1030am. This also suggests that Twohey knew BL was FOS.

    9. WCB – The NYT role was NOT “small”. This is the key element two this case in so many others that are precedent. I’m just gonna leave it right there.

    10. How can it go in favour of NYT if they told JB late of an afternoon before Christmas, knowing that it was impossible for JB to object. On top of illegally gotten info. Beggars belief.

    11. 🇨🇦 I don't think they're a bit player I mean it looks like they are but they were the major ones that brought all this out to the public so I feel like they were one of the top players without them none of it would have been so dramatic. Blake and Ryan had a large newspaper throw out into the public whatever they wanted to say and the newspaper went along with it so yes they are number one at the top of why a lot of this stuff happened.

    12. Let's not forget that Taylor Swift read the NYT article before they even contacted Justin Baldoni. This suggests reckless disregard for the truth.

    13. 15:18 the NYT claims are all lies. They say they are reporting on something that’s public record, but it hadn’t been filed at the time the article was written, so it wasn’t in the public yet. Also, they claim they had thousands of pages of evidence. Where did they get it from if it wasn’t in the public? Jen Able and Justin didn’t know they were being sued or their information was hacked, so how can the NYT justify it as public record? The article was written months before the CRD was filed, they had the info from their “sources” (Blake, Ryan, Stephanie, Lesley), and did no research into the other side. That isn’t fair reporting, that’s a smear campaign out to destroy a man without letting him speak.

    14. Yeah… Katie-joy (like you I love the legal stuff, but…) works well with greater audience to describe the overall picture. Quote the juicy stuff, and sum up.

    15. You know this is exactly why i do not trust reporters from big papers and news stations. They use something that was meant to prevent corruption to put money in their pocket. They are all corrupt and liars

    16. THE NYT role was not smsll in this at all, no matter what they claim,NYT should just settle with Wayfarer an Justin, they defamed him, Megan Twohey should be fired for that pathetic article she put out under the name of journalism, they did zero investigation my guess is they were doing Ms.T Swift a favor.

    17. Judge LIE-MAN is biased i don't care what anybody says. This guy knows exactly what he's doing!!!
      Over a year, 0 evidence!!
      and it's still going on😅😂
      ZERO SH EVIDENCE ZERO!!!!
