It acts like a sixth sense, warning Peter Parker of danger before it actually happens.
Instead of reacting after something occurs, Spider-Man can move before the threat fully unfolds, which is why he can dodge bullets, avoid punches, and survive fights against much stronger enemies.
In the Marvel universe, Spider-Man isn’t the strongest hero.
He doesn’t have the cosmic power of Thor or the technology of Iron Man.
But Spider-Sense gives him something unique: instinct.
That instinct allows him to move through combat almost like a dance, reacting instantly to threats that other heroes might not even notice.

Aunt May helped him get grounded he used her as a ⚓ for his sense and as she moved around like s beacon to help his sense pinpoint the unobvious imminent incoming danger
If Willem Dafoe ever gets tired of filming, he should absolutely do voice acting because the way he delivered those lines was awesome. Just imagine that voice in a darker anime like Berserk or something similar
Dafoe is so damn good, honestly him and Oc are the only good thing to ever happen in a Tom Holland movie, rest of its pretty shite ngl but those two are crisp af

Another best depiction is when Strange puts Peter's soul in the astral plane but his body is still able to fend him off thanks to the Spidey Sense, you can even see the comic squiggly lines around his head

This movie would have been 1000x better if it involved Nightmare or Maphisto instead of "bumbling wizard and angsty teen nearly kill a lot of people". They really f up the stage 4 era with not connecting everytning to the events of Loki.
