New House ambassador Natalie Portman takes center stage in a Tiffany & Co. film celebrating the many facets of love alongside Academy Award®-winning director Mona Fastvold and director Brady Corbet.
We purchased my wife’s anniversary ring from Tiffany & Co. expecting the level of quality and craftsmanship the brand is known for. Unfortunately, after roughly five years of normal wear, multiple sapphires developed cracks and two became loose.
Tiffany’s conclusion that this damage is due to “impact or excessive wear” does not reflect the facts: there were no known significant impacts, my wife routinely wears other fine rings without issue, and much of the damage was only visible after months in Tiffany’s possession.
Sapphire is a durable gemstone, and cracking across multiple stones under normal use raises serious questions about stone selection, setting, or manufacturing quality. Despite providing all relevant details and requesting reconsideration, Tiffany has refused to repair the ring or provide documentation supporting their conclusion.
At this price point, customers reasonably expect durability and accountability. We hope Tiffany will reconsider its position and uphold the standards of quality and service for which it is known.

Because she can…an absolute perfect ambassador.
Wow – that beautiful woman in yellow dress at 0:36
😂 lucky the window wasn’t open or she would have thrown herself out !
This seems like her kind of movie since she hates Star Wars and her more childish acting.
Natalie Portman. Nope.
Well this is the most pretentious thing I've seen so far in 2026
Horrible woman. Was involved fireing Diors John Galliano. I always tough that her head is too big for her body…
I really like listening to your voice.
Bring in Anakin Skywalker for a cameo. 😊
<3!!!!!!!!!!
Hepburn vibes, and she did it justice
rather long. Great way to say jewelry is for single people.
On adore….
.
brick by brick, iconic box, self-love – a perfect Venn diagram of self-love and brand messaging
This is a very tastefully done commercial.
