Bethenny Frankel insisted that Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of “The Bachelorette” being cancelled “doesn’t make any sense,” as she called out ABC for casting Paul in the first place.
“They knew about her domestic violence past, and apparently they cast her as the first non-Bachelor nation person, and they wanted the controversy and the redemption, so now they’re re-trading on that because the video was made public,” Frankel said in an Instagram video on Thursday.

Bethany I usually agree with most of what you say and even when I don't I am always thoroughly entertained. After watching the video no matter the context… That woman in the video threw a metal chair at her husband while her daughter was on the couch next to him. It hit the child. I don't care about either of the shows that the woman is on but I do care about kids. I don't doubt that they both are at fault but I saw with my own eyes what she did and I can honestly say I would never put any of my kids at the risk of getting hurt like that. She hurled three metal barstools at the man who was right next to the child. That kind of behavior shouldn't be rewarded. She will have to face the consequences.
