Kristin Cabot’s biggest revelations 8 months after Coldplay kiss-cam scandal
Kristin Cabot is clearing the air once again on the Coldplay kiss-cam scandal that upended her career. On Oprah Winfrey’s podcast, the former HR exec said she was separated from her husband at the time of the alleged affair — and she had believed her boss, Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, was in the processing of separating too. Cabot also called out Gwyneth Paltrow and Ryan Reynolds for mocking the viral moment in a PSA for the tech company. The 53-year-old mom-of-two previously broke her silence in Dec. 2025, blaming the ordeal on a “bad decision” after “a couple of High Noons.”

Whether Kristin lied or not….it was tasteless, tone-deaf and insensitive of Ryan Reynolds to make an ad out of this experience without consent. These people are non-celebrities that have innocent kids and families who were put on the spotlight because of this.
You know the difference? He kept his mouth shut and she’s there with Oprah…not satisfied with her 15 minutes of (sh)fame. Actions speak louder than words. If indeed they were both separated from their spouses, why did they try to hide their faces? They should have just waved at the camera.
I think she will receive a lot more backlash , because she in insulting a lot of people for lying and trying to paint this ridiculous image
