I’m befuddled about the wigs. Neither comes close to matching the curl pattern of the animated film. Catherine’s natural hair is a better fit, but I understand wanting the consistency and reliability of wigs. There’s not much more to say about Dwayne’s wig other than there’s no reason for big budget Disney film to have that obvious of a wig. He’s bald, but that’s the most wig to ever wig.Â

This is the second time I’ve seen something posted about this and I keep reading the title as “Weird AI” instead of “Weird AL” and I’m like … “Yeah I guess it is weird that AI would chime in on this wig”

I genuinely don’t understand why they even cast him… he looks nothing Maui. He’s a big tall buff guy, while Maui is a strong and a heavier set character.
